研讨式带教模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨研讨式带教模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用方法及效果。方法:将112名手术室实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各56名,对照组采用传统的带教方法,实验组在对照组基础上采用研讨式带教模式,比较两组教学效果。结果:实验组护生考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组临床科研能力、临床教学能力、临床管理能力优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:研讨式带教模式能有效提高手术室护生的实习效果,提高临床教学质量。Objective：To explore the application method and investigate the effect of the seminar pattern teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing students in operation room. Methods：112 nursing students who had clinical practice in operation room were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group { 56 cases in each group）. The traditional clinical teaching method was used in the control group ; the seminar pattern teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. The teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results ： The assessment scores of the nursing students were higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the clinical research ability, clinical teaching ability and ability of clinical management of the nursing students was better in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction rate of teaching effect was higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The seminar pattern teaching method can effectively improve the effect of clinical practice of nursing students in operation room and the clinical teaching quality as well.
