摘  要:目的:探讨研讨式带教模式在手术室护生临床教学中的应用方法及效果。方法:将112名手术室实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各56名,对照组采用传统的带教方法,实验组在对照组基础上采用研讨式带教模式,比较两组教学效果。结果:实验组护生考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组临床科研能力、临床教学能力、临床管理能力优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:研讨式带教模式能有效提高手术室护生的实习效果,提高临床教学质量。Objective:To explore the application method and investigate the effect of the seminar pattern teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing students in operation room. Methods:112 nursing students who had clinical practice in operation room were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group { 56 cases in each group). The traditional clinical teaching method was used in the control group ; the seminar pattern teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. The teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results : The assessment scores of the nursing students were higher in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the clinical research ability, clinical teaching ability and ability of clinical management of the nursing students was better in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the satisfaction rate of teaching effect was higher in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The seminar pattern teaching method can effectively improve the effect of clinical practice of nursing students in operation room and the clinical teaching quality as well.
