浅谈独立学院辅导员如何加强学风建设

摘　　要：独立学院是我国本科教育的重要组成部分,承担着超过十分之一的大学生培养任务,所以独立学院优良学风的形成,对提高大学生整体素质具有深远意义,营造良好的学习风气是独立学院辅导员的核心工作之一。通过对目前独立学院的学生特点及学风现状的分析,提出了辅导员如何推进独立学院的学风建设工作。The independent institute is an important part of undergraduate education in our country,which assumes the task of educating more than 1 /10 students in the colleges,so the development of a good style of study is very important for improving the overall quality of students. In addition,creating an ideal atmosphere of learning is one of the core work of the independent institute instructors. In this paper,through the analysis of the present situation of students＇ characteristics and style of independent college,we discuss the independent institute instructors＇ approach to promoting the construction of style of study
