摘 要:药学知识一般按照化学结构、药效学、药动学、药物不良反应、相互作用、适应证、禁忌证和用法用量等纵向顺序进行教学,而临床上针对复杂多变的病情和个体化特征的患者,往往需要比较一类药与另一类药或一个药与另一个药之间的差别,即通过药学知识的横向思维,评估药物治疗的得失利弊,扬长避短、趋利避害,作出合理决策。为此我们在药物治疗学的教学过程中开展了药学知识横向思维的训练,以加深学生或学员对药学知识理解的深度与广度,为参加治疗团队和参与药物治疗的决策打下扎实的基础。Traditional drug therapy education was conducted in according to following vertical order, chemical structure, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, drug indications, drug con- traindications, dosage and other instruction, while patients' complex clinical condition need doctor have more horizontal drug comparison between drug category and drug detail. Pharmaceutical knowledge about lateral thinking could help doc- tor evaluate advantages and disadvantages in drug therapy and make reasonable decisions, so drug therapeutic applicated "lateral thinking" could deepen medical students' learning of drug therapy in the depth and breadth. When they partici- pate in the team, they will have a solid foundation in decision of medical treatment.
