摘 要:筛选出高效降解木素的复合菌种,用于芦苇木素的降解。通过铁氰化钾法筛选出5株有木素降解能力的菌种。进而对5株菌种进行不同组合的培养,比较各组合对芦苇木素的降解率,从而确定最佳菌种组合。然后对复合菌种进行接种比的优化,得到最佳复合菌种。研究结论为BCE组合菌木素降解率最好,BCE组合菌在8 d、混合比例为1:1:1时,木素含量为11.94%,降解率为63.34%,这3种菌经鉴定为哈茨木霉菌(B)、产黄青霉菌(C)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(E)。高效降解木素的混合菌种的获得,不仅为生物制浆的深入研究奠定了基础,而且可为芦苇制浆找到新的出路。Lignin-degrading multiple bacteria was screened out and used for the degradation of lignin of reeds. Five strains what have the ability to degrading lignin were selected via potassium ferricyanide method. In order to determine the best combination of the bacteria, lignin degradation rate was made a comparison after five strains of bacteria in different combinations. Different proportions of complex strains was inoculated and optimized, and the best combination of bacteria was obtained. The results showed that a combination of BCE strain for lignin degradation rate is the best. When the mixing ratio is 1:1:1, in 8 days, the content of lignin content is 11.94% and a degradation rate is 63.34%. Three kinds of bacteria were identified as Harz Trichoderma (B), Penicillium chrysogenum (C) and maltophilia Aeromonas (E), respectively. Mixed bacteria were obtained by the efficient degradation of lignin, which not only laid the foundation for the further research of biological pulping, and also found a new way for reed pulp.
