亚健康状态对民族医学院校护理学专业女大学生骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的：通过了解护理学专业女大学生的骨骼发育和健康状态,探讨亚健康状态对护理学专业女大学生骨密度的影响。方法：利用 Achilles Express 超声骨密度仪和 Auramed Biopulsar 人体能量监测仪分别对391名护理学专业女生的右脚跟骨骨密度和左手掌的生物电进行检测。结果：护理学专业女大学生的亚健康发生率为38.36%,亚健康组骨量异常检出率明显高于健康组,亚健康组学生的骨量 T 值（T-score）、超声振幅衰减系数（BUA）、强度指数和超声速度（SOS）均低于健康组；T 值、BUA 和强度指数随年龄增长而增加,但在22岁年龄组出现一个明显的回落期,23岁年龄组再回升。结论：护理学专业女大学生的 T 值、BUA、强度指数水平相对较低,亚健康组的护理学专业女大学生比健康组更容易出现骨量异常,研究结果可为学校和家庭积极关注护理学专业女大学生的骨骼健康和适时的健康干预提供科学依据。Obj ective：To understand the skeletal development and health status,and investigate the effect of sub-health state of female nursing university students on bone mineral density （BMD）of calcaneus.Methods ：The Achilles Express ultra-sound calcaneus absorptiometry and the human energy monitor Auramed Biopulsar were used to detect BMD of right calcaneus and bio-electric energy flow trend of the left palm in 3 9 1 female nursing university students.Results ：The detection rate of sub-health was 3 8.3 6 % in 3 9 1 female nursing university students,and the detection rate of abnormal bone mass in the sub-health group was significantly higher than the health group.T-score,BUA,strength index and SOS in the sub-health group were all lower than those in the health group;T-score,BUA,and strength index increased with age,but it showed a clear down period at the 22-year-old age group,however the 2 3-year-old age group rebounded.Conclusion：T-score,BUA,and strength index level of female nursing university students is relatively low,the sub-health group of female nursing university students are more prone to abnormal bone mass than the health group.The results provide a scientific basis to the school relevant departments and families to pay attention to bone health and timely health interventions of female nursing university students.
