摘  要:医患纠纷发生于医疗活动的各个环节,已成为医疗机构难以回避的问题,是当前人们共同关注和认真探讨的话题。骨科因其专业风险高的特点,对如何培养医学生减少和防止医患纠纷发生,显得越来越重要。本文提出了骨科临床教学中医患纠纷的防范措施,如加强教师医疗法规学习、医学生的医德医风教育、医学生的责任意识和法律意识来培养医学生树立高尚的职业道德,加强病历书写规范化培训、"三基"培训以提高专业技术水平,提高医学生医患沟通技巧,以达到减少和预防医患纠纷发生的目的。临床教学中增加医患纠纷防范的教育内容具有十分重要的现实意义。Doctor-patient disputes could happen in every link of medical activities, which has become inevitable problems in medical institutions that attached closed attention and seriously discussed. Because of its major features of high risk, it has become more and more important to cultivate the medical students to reduce and prevent the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes in department of orthopedics. The article proposed measures of prevention in the clinical teaching, such as the teachers should strengthen the study of teachers' medical laws and regulations, the medical ethics education and their responsibility and legal consciousness of the medical students, thus to cultivate the noble occupational ethics of them, enhance the standardization writing of medical records, strengthen "three basics" training to raise the specialized technical level and improve the doctor-patient communicate skill Which are necessary to achieve the purpose of effective reduce and prevent the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes. It is very important to increase the content of doctor-patient disputes prevention education in the clinical teaching of department of orthopedics.
