摘　　要：为适应教育的新形势,结合本校的办学历史积淀与特色,重新制定了湖南农业大学土地资源管理人才培养方案。主要从人才培养目标的确定、课程模块构建、实践教学环节的重建优化和与之相配套的教学方法与手段研究等方面进行探索与总结,以期使人才培养方案得到高效实施,为社会培养出更多应用型的高素质人才。With history and characteristics of Hunan Agricultural University, training program of undergraduated education in land resources management was made again to adapt to new education situation. In order to efficient impetrating training pro- grams ,and developing more application--oriented talent for society, setting training objectives, proposing curriculum modules, establishing and optimizing practical teaching associated with the appropriate teaching methodology were explored and summed up in this paper.
