依托校内实训基地提升高职院校专业教师能力的探索与实践——以广西农业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：广西农业职业技术学院依托4种类型的校内实训基地,通过开展专业综合实训课教学、参与实训基地建设管理、科研课题研究、学生创新课题指导、实验室开放、校办工厂经营、社会服务等措施,使专业教师的能力得到了锻炼和提升。There are tour types of campus training bases in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational Gollege. The pretessional teachers have practiced a lot in the bases and enhanced their prefessional practice abilities by means of conducting professional practice teaching, participating in the construction and management of training bases,doing scientific research,guiding students＇ innova- tive subjects,running laboratory,managing school--run factories,taking part in social services and so on.
