摘 要:目的对同一酒店先后发生的两起食物中毒事件进行病原学检测及溯源分析,明确此次食物中毒事件的传染源和传播途径。方法根据GB 4789—2010对采集的102份样品进行分离培养、生化鉴定和血清学分型,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对分离鉴定符合的沙门菌进行分子分型,用Bio Numerics软件对图谱进行聚类分析。结果从两起食物中毒事件患者的肛拭子中分离出8株肠炎沙门菌,从厨师肛拭子中分离出2株肠炎沙门菌。对此10株肠炎沙门菌进行API细菌鉴定,结果显示这10株肠炎沙门菌的生化特征均一致,进一步的PFGE实验结果显示分子分型条带完全一致。结论这两起接连发生的食物中毒事件是由同一肠炎沙门菌引起的,通过PFGE分型技术可以直观的判断所分离沙门菌的亲缘关系,为现场流行病学调查和溯源分析提供可靠依据。Objective To make serological detection and trace the source of two food poisoning happened at the same hotel.Meanwhile,to confrim the source of infection and transmission way. Methods According to GB 4789—2010,102 samples were managed by selective enrichment,plate streaking,biochemical identification and serotying. Using pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) to molecular type the Salmonella after isolation and identification,and clustering analysis was performed on the map with Bio Numerics software. Results Totally 10 Salmonella enteritidis strains were isolated from anal swab,8 from patients and 2 from kitchener. The result showed that the biochemical characteristics of ten Salmonella enteritidis are unanimous with API,and further experiments showed that molecular typing was completely consistent with PFGE analysis. Conclusion These two spate food poisoning were caused by the same Salmonella enteritidis,the kinship of Salmonella can be intuitively identified through PFGE analysis which provides a reliable basis for traceability in epidemiological investigation.
