摘  要:目的建立一种在较恒定的p H条件下,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定高盐食品中铅的方法。方法湿法消解的高盐样品,无需反复赶酸,定量转移后通过加酚酞指示剂,用氢氧化钠和硝酸将所有样品和标准系列溶液的p H值调节在一个较恒定的范围内,通过实验比较选择硝酸作为酸介质,利用原子荧光光度法测定高盐食品中铅。结果在选定的优化条件下,铅的线性范围为0μg/L^50μg/L,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.0665μg/L,加标回收率为99.0%~101.0%,精密度(RSD)为1.24%~3.00%。结论测定方法快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。Objective To establish the hydride generation method for the determination of lead in high salty foods by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in a relatively constant pH condition. Methods The samples with high salt wet digestion, without the need for repeated catch acid, quantitative transfer by the addition of phenolphthalein indica- tor, with sodium hydroxide and nitric acid of all samples and the standard series of solution pH adjustment in a constant range, through the experimental comparison and selection of nitric acid as acid medium, using atomic fluorescence photo- metric method for the determination of high salt food lead. Results Under the optimized conditions selected, the linear range of lead was 0 g/L - 50 g/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9998, the detection limit was 0.0665 g/L, the recovery was 99.0% -101.0%, and the precision (RSD) ranged from 1.24% to 3.00%. Conclusion The method was rapid, simple, accurate, high sensitivity and good reproducibility in high salt content samples.
