论自主管理体系在多品种、小批量生产模式中的应用

摘　　要：面对装备生产制造普遍存在的小批量、多品种、科研生产高度交叉,带来的监管难、成本高、时效性差等问题。如何在生产管理过程中,强化基层自主管理能力提高,进一步提高产品交付效率,强化过程质量控制,该文探索了将自主管理体系融入多品种、小批量生产管理模式的方法和路径,从流程制度、激励机制、保障平台三个方面推进,并总结了取得的效果和经验,对在同行业的生产制造领域应用有着积极的借鉴意义。In the process of production and manufacturing of our equipment,it generally features small batch amount,multiple types,highly overlaying of scientific research with production,and the resulted difficult supervision,high cost,and adverse time efficiency.The issue of how to strengthen autonomous management capability of basic tier,further speed up product delivery efficiency and improve quality control of procedure in production and management process must be studied.In the paper,method and path of fusing autonomous management system into multiple types and small batches production model is explored,which is advanced in terms of 3 aspects as procedure and regulation,incentive system and support platform.The acquired achievement and experience is summarized,which is beneficial for production and manufacturing of similar industry.
