摘　　要：唇腭裂是最常见的颅面先天缺陷,既可表现为人群中的散发,也可表现为家族中的多发。因此,对某一人种、某些易感人群或某一地区的易感基因进行早期筛查、早期诊断,可有效地防止新的患儿出生,提高人口素质。现就非综合征性唇腭裂人群相关基因的研究进展予以综述。Cleft lip and palate is the most common form of craniofacial birth defects,which may be dispersed in the crowd or multiple happens in family. Therefore,early screening,early diagnosis of hot gene mutation in non syndrome cleft lip and palate people,can effectively prevent cleft lip and palate new-borns and improve population quality. Here is to make a brief review on the research progress of the correlation between gene and non-syndromic cleft lip and palate.
