普外科新上岗护士带教在预防医院感染中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨新上岗护士带教在预防医院感染中的作用。方法将2012年7月分配到普外科的新护士13人设为对照组,2013年7月分配的新护士12人设为观察组,对照组按照传统的跟班式带教方法带教,观察组按照"医院感染预防和控制带教计划"实施带教,带教老师经过严格挑选,强化医院感染相关知识培训、考核,在临床带教过程中着重于医院感染预防相关知识学习,严格执行无菌技术、手卫生等。结果新上岗护士通过带教,对医院感染预防和控制的意识明显提高,在临床工作中自觉执行操作程序,有效降低因护理操作不当造成的医院感染,提高护理质量,确保患者安全。结论新上岗护士实施带教能够明显提高对医院感染预防和控制的意识,是预防医院感染的有效管理方法。Objective To discuss the effect of guiding and teaching new nurses in the prevention of nosocomial infection. Methods To make the 13 new nurses who were assigned to general surgery department in July 2012 the control group,and the 12 new nurses who were assigned to general surgery department in July 2013 the experimental group. In the control group,senior nurses taught the new nurses according to the traditional one to one teaching method. While in the experimental group,senior nurses teach the new nurses according to the ＂Teaching plan for nosocomial infection prevention and control＂. The senior nurses in experimental group were selected strictly, and were required to strengthen assessment for training course of relevant knowledge of nosocomial infection. During the clinical teaching process,they focused on teaching relevant knowledge of preventing nosocomial infection,and strictly applying aseptic technique,hand hygiene and so on. Results After guidance and teaching,the new nurses have significantly improved their awareness of hospital infection prevention and control. They consciously applied standard operation procedures in clinical work,reduced the probability of nosocomial infection due to improper nurse operation. Therefore the quality of care was improved and the safety of patients was ensured. Conclusions Carrying out guiding and teaching towards new nurses can significantly raise their awareness of nosocomial infection prevention and control. It is an effective management method to prevent nosocomial infection.
