摘 要:目的探讨急诊科护士临床沟通能力现状及与情绪管理之间的相关性。方法采用临床护士沟通能力量表和护士情绪管理量表,对青岛市3家三级甲等医院200名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷182份。结果急诊科护士临床沟通能力得分为(212.40±28.14)分,处于中等偏上水平;情绪管理得分为(49.59±4.83)分,处于中等水平;不同年龄、护龄、职称间得分比较,差异有显著性(F=2.911~4.788,P〈0.05);急诊科护士临床沟通能力与情绪管理得分呈正相关(r=0.141~0.579,P〈0.05)。结论急诊科护士临床沟通能力与情绪管理呈正相关,建议护理管理者可从提高自我情绪管理方面来提升急诊科护士的临床沟通能力,进一步提高临床护理工作的服务质量。Objective To explore the correlation between clinical communication skill and emotion management in nurses of emergency department. Methods Using aquestionnaire on emergency-nurse clinical communication skill and emotion management,200 nurses of emergency departments in three tertiary hospitals in Qingdao city were surveyed. Results The score of clinical communication skill of the nurses surveyed was 212.40±28.14,that of emotion-management ability was 49.59±4.83,being above average level,the differences between different age,nursing age and professional title were significant(F=2.911-4.788,P〈0.05).The score of clinical communication skill in the nurses surveyed was positively correlated with that of emotion management(r=0.141-0.579,P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical communication skill of nurses in department of emergency is positively correlated with emotion management.For nursing managers,it is suggested that to improve the nurses' communication skill by way of raising their self-control of emotions so as to further improve the quality of clinical nursing.
