摘　　要：目的通过综合评分筛选出最优石榴皮品种。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸、鞣花酸含量;紫外分光光度法测定总多酚含量。结果没食子酸在10.88-348μg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）,鞣花酸在9.94-318μg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,没食子酸在1.1-7.7μg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）。结论通过综合评分筛选出喀什市酸石榴皮为最优品种。Objective Through the comprehensive score method to screen the optimal pomegranate variety.Methods The gallic acid and ellagic acid contents were analyzed by HPLC;The total polyphenol content was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The linear range of gallic acid was 10.88-348μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 8）,ellagic acid was 9.94-318μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）,and gallic acid was1.1-7.7μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）.Conclusion Through comprehensive evaluation pomegranate from Kashi city was selected.
