瑞典体育体制评述

摘　　要：采用文献研究法和实地调查法,对瑞典体育的发展和体育体制进行评述。分析发现:瑞典对体育加强宏观管理、发展体育社会组织、多渠道筹集资金、注重信息资料收集、科学管理训练基地、注重提高运动员素质及俱乐部组织方式等方面的经验,值得借鉴与学习。建议通过两国体育交流,借鉴瑞典体育体制中的成功经验,推动我国体育体制改革的深入开展。Based on the research methods of literature review and field research,this paper reviews on the sports development and sports system in Sweden.The results show that Sweden government invests great efforts on strengthening macroeconomic management of sports,developing social sports organizations,raising sports funds through multiple channels,focusing on information collection,scientifically managing training bases,and focusing on improving the quality of the athletes and the club organizations,which are worthy of our reference and learning in China.It is suggested that we learn from the success experience in the sports system in Sweden through sports exchanges between the two countries,so as to promote the in-depth reform of sports system in China.
