摘　　要：因材施教"是基于教育对象的不同情况而实施不同的教育原则和方法。在目前高等职业教育生源多样、差异较大的情况下,树立"因材施教"的教育理念,实施"因材施教"的教育方法极为重要。Individualized Teaching emphasizes that principles and methods of teaching must be based on a learner＇s natural ability and attitude.Therefore,it is essential for us to establish the concept of Individualized Teaching.And we should implement this concept throughout our teaching.
