摘  要:高校的课程大纲是课程的教学计划和教与学的总体框架,对教与学具有根本性的指导和规范作用。通过对中美高校课程大纲的构成要件和特点进行比较分析后发现,中国高校课程大纲亟须完善,建议授课教师重视课程大纲的教育性功能,编订以学生为中心、操作性强的课程大纲,注重课程大纲各个部分之间内在的有机联系,并以课程大纲为载体,对学生进行学术诚信教育。A syllabus in higher school is a teaching plan and overall framework that directs and supervises fundamentally teaching and learning of this course. Comparing the composing elements and characteristics of the syllabus in higher school between China and America, we can find that the syllabus in Chinese higher school needs to be improved urgently. This article suggests the teachers in higher school in china should pay great attention to the educational functions of an operational and student-centered syllabus and make students form an idea of academic integrity by means of the course syllabus whose all parts be connected each other.
