内科临床技能团队的培育现状与思考摘要

摘　　要：近年来广州中医药大学在泛珠三角临床技能大赛、全国临床技能大赛等多个技能大赛中获得了良好的成绩,本科生就业率、执业医生临床技能考核通过率逐步提升,这与严格的内科临床技能培训是分不开的。笔者通过内科临床技能团队的源流、内科临床技能团队的组成、内科临床技能团队制度的建立、培训基地的建设、多种教学方法的教学模式、教学效果的评价、内科临床技能考核、领导的重视与关心等方面进行了论述,并总结了其他国家级教学团队之间的差距,和目前团队应该思考的内容。In recent years, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has gotten excellent results in the Pan-Pearl River Delta Clinical Skills Competition and the National Clinical Skills Competition respectively. The undergraduates ＇ employment rate and the pass rate for the national clinical skill examination of the medical practitioners are getting higher gradually. All these achievements are related with rigid training on the internal medicine clinical skills at usual time. In this paper the author discussed the origination and the constitution of our clinical skill training team. The paper also analyzed the construction of the institution and the training base for the clinical skill training team, the multi-method teaching modes, the training efficacy and the examination of the clinical skill and the leaders＇ concerns were also discussed. The paper discussed the distance from other national teaching teams and our work focus at present.
