摘　　要：随着医疗改革形势的不断发展,高等医学院校招生规模不断扩大,医学教育质量是否得到保证是社会普遍关注的问题。毕业后学生临床操作能力的下降,直接反映临床实训教学质量的高低,甚至还影响学生的就业。因此,加强临床教学工作的改革和创新,完善临床实训教学的管理,构建合理的教学质量监督体系,加强教师队伍的建设,提高教学质量和学生的操作能力。引导学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,制定合理职业规划,有助于提高学生学习的积极性。With the continuous development of medical reform, the enrollment scale of higher medical colleges and universities continue to expand, the quality of medical education is guaranteed is a social issue of common concern. After graduation, students＇ ability of clini- cal practice decreased which directly reflected the teaching quality of clinical training level, and even influenced the employment of stu- dents. Therefore, we should strengthen the reform and innovation of clinical teaching work, improve the clinical teaching management, construct a reasonable teaching quality supervision system, strengthen the construction of teachers, and improve teaching quality and stu- dents＇ operation ability to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, develop a reasonable career plan- ning, and help to improve the students＂ learning enthusiasm.
