留学生短期针灸教学的创新性思考

摘　　要：我国古老神奇的针灸术,吸引了众多留学生前来学习、观摩。针对东西方文化差异,留学生学习时间的短暂,如何使他们能较全面地了解、领悟针灸术,使他们对这门古老医术产生浓厚兴趣,给他们提供创新的临床思路和方法,使这门医术能跨越国界,更多地造福于世界各国的人们,值得我们进一步思考和探讨。对具有西医基础的留学生的短期针灸教学,应充分考虑学生不同的文化背景,客观地将学生需求与社会医患需求相结合,学习兴趣与职业发展相结合,以取类比象的方法,通俗易懂的语言,客观实际的临床案例,理论与临床兼顾的考评体系,引导学生将直观思维与整体思维相结合,学会知识嫁接和再造,提升使用、组合、开发知识的能力,从客观实在的教学内容中领略到针灸的神奇和灵验。Our amazing heritage of acupuncture and moxibution attracts many students from abroad to study and observe. Nevertheless,there are big cultural differences between the East and the West, and yet the learning time of these students are limited. How can we make them understand and master the techniques of acupuncture comprehensively, and help them establish innovative clinical diagnosis methodology. This is a topic worth exploring further because it can bring the benefits of acupuncture to mankind all over the world. As an acupuncture short-period training program that targets for overseas students with Western medical training background, it should take into consideration the diversity of cultural background of students. It should also objectively focus on and match with individual student＇s needs and medical needs of their respective societies, and combine individual＇s learning interest and their professional development.Through analogy, explanation in layman＇s terms, clinical case studies and objective evaluation system, students would be guided to com-bine their intuitive and holistic thinking. They will be able to integrate and apply the knowledge and techniques acquired. Ultimately through this training program students will experience the amazing effect of acupuncture and acquire practical knowledge that can be ap-plied in real life.
