摘 要:陀螺定位系统是舰船、导弹、卫星等重要设备的定位和定向装置,优良的动力学环境对其工作精度和可靠性起到决定性作用。通常在陀螺定位系统与底座之间安装橡胶减振器来降低外部振动对陀螺系统的影响。针对陀螺系统隔离振动的要求,以某型陀螺系统为研究对象,结合多自由度减振系统理论,设计了一种橡胶减振器。通过建立陀螺减振系统的有限元模型,进行模态分析获得系统的前10阶固有频率,并通过瞬态响应分析方法获得陀螺系统在冲击激励下的位移响应,结果表明所设计的减振系统固有频率远离外界激励、位移响应幅值小,具有良好的减振效果。Dynamic-gyroscope bracket is a device which supplies precise orientations and directions for astronautics aeroeraft, the working accuracy and reliabilities of inertial instrument are directly influenced by its dynamic properties. To reduce the influence of outer vibration on the gyroscope,rubber absorber support saddles are applied below the gyroscope. A rubber shock absorber is designed to isolate vibration for a certain type of gyro system based on the muhiple degrees of freedom vibration system theory. The finite element model of the vibration isolation system is established with the help of ANSYS software. Tbe first 10 order natural frequencies and the displacement response in case of impact excitation are obtained by model analysis and transient response analysis. The calculated results indicate that natural frequencies of the designed system are far from the frequency of outside, and the displacement response amplitude is low. It is an effective vibration isolation system.
