摘　　要：入院教育在研究生培养过程中扮演着不可或缺的重要角色,为研究生顺利进入临床实习(实验阶段)、迅速完成角色转变打下坚实基础。以新疆医科大学第一附属医院为例,阐述入院教育重要意义,总结入院教育工作经验。College of education students play indispensable roles in the process of training in the researchers, graduate students successfully enter clinical practice （experiment stage）, quickly complete the role change and lay a solid foundation. This paper expounds the important significance of education in hospital, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University for example, the admission education work experience, provide reference for other hospitals.
