摘 要:目的探讨微信平台下互动模式对感染科实习医生带教质量的影响。方法将2012年6月~2014年6月于我院感染科实习的38名5年制大学本科生列为研究对象,根据入科实习顺序分成研究组(A组,n=19)和对照组(B组,n=19)两组。B组采用传统带教方案,A组在传统带教方案与微信平台互动模式下带教相结合。比对两组实习医生出科时自评及他评成绩,记录其理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩及临床实习综合成绩差异。结果 A组实习医生自评及他评成绩均高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组实习医生理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩及临床实习综合成绩均高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对感染科实习医生予以微信平台下互动带教模式,可有效提升其综合实习成绩,对改善带教质量具有积极影响。Objective To explore the influence of interactive mode under micro-channel platform on the teaching quality of interns in infectious department. Methods 38 university students of five-year setup coming to the infectious department of the hospital for internship from 2012 June to 2014 June were selected as the research object and were divided into the research group(group A, n=19) and the control group(group B, n = 19) of two groups according to training sequence. Group B adopted the traditional teaching method while group A adopted the interactive mode under micro-channel platform for teaching with traditional teaching method. The grade of self-assessment and peer assessment of the two groups of interns when the course was completed were compared. The differences in grades of theoretical knowledge examination and manipulative skills and comprehensive grades of clinical practice were recorded. Results Thegrade of self-assessment and peer assessment of group A were significantly higher than those of group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To adopt interactive mode under micro-channel platform for teaching interns in the infectious department can effectively improve the comprehensive grades of practical performance, and has a positive impact on improving the teaching quality, worth clinical promotion.
