正颌外科联合正畸在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨唇腭裂术后伴面部畸形患者采取正畸正颌联合治疗的疗效。方法选取62例于2012年5月~2013年5月期间我院接收的唇腭裂术后面部畸形者,将其平分为对照组与实验组,两组分别采取正颌外科治疗及正畸正颌联合治疗,观察两组疗效。结果实验组术后牙齿咀嚼功能、牙齿吻合度优于对照组（P〈0.05）,同时随访1年,实验组术后复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论唇腭裂术后伴面部畸形者实施正畸正颌联合治疗,疗效显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of orthognathic surgery combined with orthodontic surgery in patients with facial deformity after cleft lip and palate approach. Methods 62 patients with facial deformity of receiving the cleft lip and palate approach from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected and equally divided into control group and experimental group. Two groups would respectively adopt the orthognathic surgery and the combination therapy with orthodontic surgery. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results The masticatory function and alignment of teeth of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of complications and rate of recurrences of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The orthognathic surgery combined with orthodontic surgery has an obvious effect for patients with facial deformity after cleft lip and palate approach.
