摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔热灌注在治疗进展期胃癌中的近期疗效与安全性。方法：将60例患者随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组为EOX方案联合香菇多糖腹腔热灌注，对照组为EOX方案联合香菇多糖腹腔灌注。结果：两组的近期疗效有明显的差异（P〈0．05），而毒副反应却无明显的差异（P〉0．05）。结论：腹腔热灌注香菇多糖联合全身化疗可提高进展期胃癌的治疗有效率，是一种可行的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the recent efficacy and safety of abdominal heat-perfuse in the treatment methods of advanced gastric cancer. Methods To assign 60 patients to experiental group and control group randomly The treatment measures of experLmental group was EOX program combined with abdominal heat-perfuse lentinan. The treatment measures of control group was EOX program combined with abdominal perfuse lentinan. Results There was obvious difference between the recent efficacy of two groups（P〈0.05）,however, there was no significant difference of toxicity between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal heat-perfuse lentiman combined with systemic chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effectiveness of advanced gastric cancer, and it was a viable method of treatment.
