摘  要:本文以预处理玉米秸秆(PCS)为底物,设计建造了连续酶水解与发酵实验室装置,并利用该装置研究了3个体系的连续酶水解发酵过程。结果表明,干物质浓度(TS)21%/酶加量(EL)5.4%(酶和纤维素的质量百分比,下同)和25%TS/4.8%EL的两个体系分别在27 d和36 d(在表1内有体现)内达到稳定运行,乙醇浓度最高分别可达到2.8%和3.3%。36.8%TS/3.7%EL体系由于抑制物的影响无乙醇产生,但稳定运行时水解糖浓度可达到12.5%,达到了提高酶水解过程水解糖浓度的目的,表明连续酶水解发酵工艺可行。A laboratory device for the continuous saccharification and fermentation process(CSF)of high total solid (TS) pretreated corn stalk(PCS)was designed and constructed in this article.The CSF processes of 3 types of system were investigated, in which the total solid were 21% ,25% and 36.8%, and cellulase loading (EL)were 5.4% ,4.8% and 3.7% respectively.The 21% TS/5.4% EL and 25% TS/4.8% EL systems achieved stable operation within 27 d and 36 d,and in which the highest ethanol concentration came to 2.8% and 3.3% respectively.Due to high inhibitor concentration,the 36.8% TS/3.7% EL system had no ethanol produced, but in which the hydrolyzed sugar concentration came to 12.5%. The purpose of enhancing hydrolysis sugar concentration in enzymatic process was achieved, which indicated that continuous enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation technology was feasible.
