高职教育中基于分类教育模式的导师制

摘  要:随着高职招生的多元化,生源质量日益分化。统一的教育教学模式面临严重挑战。实施分类教育,是保证教育质量的必由之路。其中对于部分接受能力强的学生实施导师制,给予特别辅导既可以为社会输送一批高质量的高技能型人才又可以保持高职教育的高等教育的属性,形成对普通高等教育的竞争力。本文在对导师制的现状进行分析后提出了具体的实施方案以及切实可行的制度保障。With the diversification of enrollment of higher vocational colleges, the quality of students is increasingly polarized.The unified education and teaching model is faced with severe challenges, while the implementation of classified education is the inevitable road of ensuring the quality of education. To implement tutorial system and provide special counseling for some students with strong acceptance, can not only provide a number of high-quality and highly skilled talents for the society, but also keep the higher education property of higher vocational education, thus forming its competitiveness against regular higher education. After analyzing the current situation of tutorial system, this paper proposes a specific scheme and a feasible system guarantee.
