摘  要:目的:了解孤独症儿童教师的心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对30名孤独症儿童教师进行测试。结果:1SCL-90总分和各因子得分均高于国内正常成人常模,其中总分和强迫因子与常模的差异具有显著性(t=2.34,P=0.031;t=2.75,P=0.013),敌对因子和精神病性因子达到了极显著性差异(t=2.99,P=0.008;t=3.05,P=0.007);2中度以上存在心理问题的检出率为16.67%,显著高于社会正常人群(x2=7.843,P=0.005)。结论:孤独症儿童教师的心理健康水平明显低于全国普通人群,应予以关注。Objective:To understand mental health statuses of the autistic children's teachers. Methods:A total of 30 autistic children's teachers were evaluated with symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results:(1) The SCL-90 total score and factor scores were significantly higher than the domestic normal adult norm. The differences among the total score, force factor and the norm reached sig-nificant level (t=2. 34, P=0. 031;t=2. 75, P=0. 013). The hostile factor and psychotic factor reached extremely significant level (t=2. 99, P=0. 008;t=3. 05, P=0. 007). (2) The detection rate of moderate or above psychological problems of the teachers was 16. 76%, being significantly higher than the social normal population (x2=7. 843, P=0. 005). Conclusions:The mental health level of the teachers of the autistic children is significantly lower than the normal population in China, and should be paid attention to.
