摘　　要：学业负担政策的价值存在需要从价值论视野探寻其本体价值,审视现实中的价值问题,重构以元价值、中介价值和次生价值等基本结构的价值形态,从科学样态、过程样态和实践样态等基本形式重建其价值实现机制,最终实现学业负担的价值意蕴。In order to clarify the value of academic burden policy,it is necessary to explore its ontology value and review the value in real application from the perspective of axiology,and reconstruct value form based on meta-value,intermediary value and secondary value.Meanwhile,it requires reconstructing the value implementation mechanism of academic burden through scientific formation,process formation and practical formation,which would promote the realization of its value implication.
