摘 要:针对三相电压型脉冲宽度调制PWM(pulse width modulation)整流器的慢时标不稳定现象,分析了现有的三相电压型PWM整流器的小信号频域模型,通过建立能精确预测系统稳定边界的时域模型,求取了闭环控制系统状态方程的Jacobian矩阵,依据李雅普诺夫稳定性判定法则对系统稳定性进行判断,并将时域模型与现有小信号频域模型做比较,明确了频域模型的精确适用频率范围,阐述了频域模型只适用于很低的频域的原因,解释了三相电压型PWM整流器的不同于单相变换器的低频振荡现象。仿真结果验证了所建时域模型在判断系统稳定性方面的精确性。The slow-scale instability phenomenon of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier is studied in this paper. A time-domain model which can accurately predict system's stability boundary is established and the Jacobian matrix of the closed loop control system is calculated.Then the system stability can be judged based on the Lyapunov theorem. Through analysising the rectifier circuit parameters and control parameters" influence on the slow-scale instability, combined with numerical simulation, the different low-frequency oscillation phenomena between three-phase PWM rectifier and single-phase converter is explained. Also, the time-domain model and the existing small signal frequencydomain model of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier is compared. Finally, the accurate frequency range of small signal model is pointed, and the reason that the small signal model is only applicable to the low frequency domain is expounded.
