摘　　要：高等教育评价与高等教育管理是高等教育实践结构的重要组成部分,高等教育评价具有指向、鉴定、反思、参谋、批判以及交流的功能,对于高等教育实践系统的科学运行、全方位实现高等教育实践的目标有着重要意义。我国当前的高等教育评价与管理实践存在诸多不足,亟待引入新的实践思路与创新实践模式。The evaluation and management of higher education is an important part of the structure of higher-ed- ucation practice, and the higher-education evaluation has such functions as direction, identification, reflection, advice, criticism and communication, which has an important significance for the scientific operation of higher-education practice system and the all-round realization of higher-education practice objective. There are many shortages in the cur- rent evaluation and management practice of China＇s higher education, so it is urgently necessary to introduce the new practical ideas and innovative practice mode in China.
