摘　　要：牙外伤是口腔急诊常见疾病。目前,国内在牙外伤诊治方面存在理念陈旧、临床处置不规范等问题。本文结合最新国际牙外伤协会指南,对牙外伤概念、临床特征、分类、规范化治疗理念以及各类型牙外伤应急处理原则进行系统阐述,以期规范我国牙外伤治疗,提高国内牙外伤诊治水平。Dental trauma is a common dental emergencydisease, but its diagnosis and treatment are still lack of stan-dardization in China compared with the international. Hence,under the direction of international dental trauma guidelines,we explained clinical features, classification, the domestictreatment process, standardized treatment process and emer-gency treatment in this article to improve the treatment levelfor this kind of disease in our country.
