摘　　要：案例教学法自20世纪90年引入我国,在刑法学教学中得到了广泛应用,但从实际教学效果上看,并没有充分发挥出案例教学法的功能与优势。因此,笔者将从影响案例教学法效果的因素着手,探讨如何提升案例教学法在刑法教学中的成效。After its introduction into China in 1990 s, case-based teaching method has been widely applied in criminal law teaching, but viewing from the practical teaching effect, the function and advantage of criminal law teaching has not been fully played.Therefore, starting from the factors affecting the effect of case-based teaching method, the writer mainly explores how to improve its effect in criminal law teaching.
