摘　　要：高校实力最主要的体现是在科技创新能力上,如何提升高校青年教师的科技创新能力,是提高高校人才培养和科学研究质量的关键。今选取某高校2006~2014年来反映青年教师科技创新能力的一系列相关数据,分别按不同年龄段,即按35岁及以下和35岁以上年龄情况,进行数据整理和对比分析。这些数据包括国家自然科学基金项目资助、SCI（EI）检索期刊论文、专利申请及授权等科技成果相关材料,并提出了高校青年教师科技创新能力提升的相应对策。The performance of colleges and universities reflects mainly from its hi~ tech innovation capacity. The improvement of such ability among young college teachers can not only affect college personnel training signifi- cantly, but also play a vital role in the quality of scientific research. In this paper, a series of related data from a specific university（from 2006 to 2014） which reflect the hi--tech innovation capacity of young college teachers are selected, thus data collation and comparative analysis can be made on the basis of different ages----that is, to dif- ferentiate according to the age of 35 and under, and the age above 35. These data include some achievements suppor- ted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, journal articles searched from SCI and EI, projects from patent application and authorization and some other related scientific achievements, the paper aims to propose appro- priate methods to improve the hi--tech innovation capacity of young college teachers.
