摘　　要："工业4.0"的提出标志着工业发展的新时代,也预示着现代职业教育的新方向、新内涵。新型工业对人才培养提出了全新的要求,高职院校面对挑战,必须紧紧围绕制造业转型升级对高技能人才的需求,以促进学生可持续发展为人才培养的终极目的,进一步优化人才培养方案,积极推进"三级平台"教学模式改革,构建全程、全方位的素质教育体系。Industry 4.0 marks the new era of industrial development and the new direction and new connotation of modern vocational education. New industry presents new requirements for talent training. Higher vocational colleges must closely center around the demand of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry for high skilled talents to promote students' sustainable development, further optimize talent training programs, actively promote the 'three-level platform' teaching model reform, constructing a whole-process, allround quality education system.
