美国大学招生制度改革的历史变迁——中等教育与高等教育衔接的视角

摘　　要：中等教育与高等教育衔接问题是世界许多发达国家共同经历并且仍在继续面对的课题,而大学招生制度又是中等教育与高等教育衔接的重要纽带。美国是世界上最早直面中等教育与高等教育衔接问题并形成相对成熟的衔接对策的国家,在谋求中等教育与高等教育衔接的过程中也始终高度重视大学招生制度改革的作用。伴随中等教育与高等教育的发展,以及适应中等教育与高等教育衔接的需要,美国的大学招生先后经历了"个校筛选制"、"证书入学制"、综合选拔制度、开放招生与选拔招生并存制、多元化的招生制度等制度变迁。The articulation between secondary education and higher education is a common issue which many countries have been experiencing, while college enrollment sys- tem is an important link between secondary education and higher education. As the earliest country that faced the articulation problem in the world and have accumulated rich experi- ences in this field, US has paid high attention to the role of college enrollment system in pro- moting the articulation between secondary and higher education. With the development of secondary and higher education and in order to meet the articulation need of secondary edu- cation and higher education, the college enrollment system has experienced the changes from ＂an individual college screening system＂, ＂certificate admission system＂, comprehen- sive selection system, open enrollment and selection enrollment coexisting system, to diver- sification of the enrollment system.
