肠道病毒71型感染手足口病患儿脑脊液干扰素-γ、白介素10、S100B和乳酸水平检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测肠道病毒EV71感染手足口病患儿脑脊液中干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、S100B和乳酸(Lactic acid,LAC)水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法:IFN-γ、IL-10和S100B水平分别采用双抗体夹心法检测;乳酸水平检测采用酶比色法。结果:重症组IFN-γ、IL-10、S100B和LAC水平均高于轻度组和对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),轻度组和对照组间各指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。危重组各指标均高于重度组,差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑脊液中IFN-γ、IL-10、S100B和LAC指标间均呈正相关(P<0.01);IFN-γ、IL-10、S100B与病情分别呈显著正相关(P<0.01),LAC与病情严重程度呈中度正相关(P<0.01)。结论:EV71感染手足口病患儿脑脊液中IFN-γ、IL-10、S100B和LAC水平与疾病的严重程度密切相关,对于判断病情有重要价值。Objective：To detect the levels of IFN-γ,IL-10,S100 B and LAC in CSF of HFMD children infected by EV71,and to explore the significance of them in HFMD. Methods： ELISA were used to detect the levels of IFN-γ,IL-10 and S100 B while Enzyme colorimetry were performed to detect the levels of LAC in CSF. Results： The levels of IFN-γ,IL-10,S100 B and LAC in CSF were higher in the severe group than those in the mild and the control（ P 〈0. 01）. while there were no differences between the mild and the control group（ P〉0. 05）. The levels of IFN-γ、IL-10、S100B and LAC in CSF were all higher in the critical group than the severe group（ P 〈0. 05）. There were positive correlation between the IFN-γ,IL-10,S100 B and LAC（ P 〈0. 01）;and there were obvious positive correlation between the IFN-γ,IL-10,S100 B and the progression of illness（ P 〈0. 01）,respectively,while there were moderate positive correlation between the LAC and the progression of HFMD illness（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The level of IFN-γ,IL-10,S100 B and LAC in CSF are in relation with the progression of the illness,and its of important values in the prognosis of the HFMD disease.
