激光焊接技术在口腔修复中的应用实践分析

摘　　要：目的探讨激光焊接技术在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析500例采用激光焊接技术进行口腔修复患者的修复效果,其中因全冠龈边缘较短而进行激光焊接的有329例,需要焊接铸造支架连接杆的有101例,需要进行卡环维修的有70例,观察修复后的腐蚀折断、牢固情况、牙龈健康情况等指标。结果 329例全冠边缘短行加长者共出现焊接不坚固8例,出现牙龈炎5例;焊接支架连接体的101例出现断裂1例,焊接不坚固1例;进行卡环维修的70例出现不牢固1例,未发生其它不良现象。结论激光焊接技术用于口腔修复效果显著,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of laser welding technology in oral rehabilitation. Methods Retrospective analysis of the repair effect of 500 cases of patients with oral repair by laser welding technology, among them, 329 cases of patients were given laser welding technology as the short margin of the whole crown, 101 cases of patients needs welding cast bracket connecting rod, 70 cases of patients needs the card ring repair. The index such as corrosion In 329 cases of patient not strong, 5 cases of breaking, firm status, gum health after repair were observed. Results s with oral repair by laser welding technology, 8 case of welding was gingivitis; In 101 cases of patients with welded bracket connections, 1 cases of fracture, 1 case of welding was not strong; In cases of patients with card ring repair, 1 case of we The effect reliable, of laser iding weld was not strong, and no other adverse phenomena occurred. Conclusion ng technology for oral restoration is remarkable, and is safe and it is worthy of popularization and application.
