摘　　要：电子书包在各地试点应用,但多应用于中小学,应用于高校并不多见。在高校中应用电子书包公共服务系统是促进教育信息化发展的途径。文章创新性地提出高校电子书包公共服务系统由统一标准系统、自由开放终端及丰富应用资源所组成,并研究了高校电子书包公共服务系统推广的意义、难点,并提出了相应的对策。Electronic schoolbag has been put into trial application all over the country, but it is used more commonly in primary and secondary schools than in universities. Application of electronic schoolbag in the public service system of universities is a way to promote the development of educational informatization. This paper creatively proposes that electronic schoolbag in the public service system of universities should consist of a uniform standard system, a free and open terminal and rich application resources. Besides, this paper discusses the significance and difficulties in the promotion of such a public service system and puts forward some countermeasures.
