摘 要:高职护理教育培养目标定位于能在各级各类医疗卫生服务机构第一线从事护理工作并具有职业生涯发展基础的高等应用型技能人才。随着医疗卫生事业的发展,护理专业毕业生供不应求,全国护理专业高职教育发展迅猛。面向普通高中招生的3年制高职教育护理人才培养模式主要有"2+1学校—医院合作"和"1.5+1.5学校—医院合作"2种类型,多数院校突显"理论够用、强化专业、渗透人文、注重实践"的特色。在优化医学基础课程设置、实践性教学上成效较为显著。人文关怀能力培养及专业思维能力培养上仍存瓶颈,构建有效的高职护理专业学生的客观结构化考核体系有待进一步研究。The higher vocational nursing education aims to train skillful practical nursing talents with potential for development of professional career,who are willing and able to work as front-line nurses in all kinds and levels of medical and health institutions. With the development of medical and health services,the demands for graduates in nursing have exceeded the supply and high vocational nursing education grows rapidly consequently in China. There are two major cultivation modes for those three-year high vocational nursing talents who graduate from high schools. One is "2+1 college-hospital collaboration" ,and the other is "1.5+1.5 college-hospital collaboration". Most of the colleges focus on the characteristics of "sufficiency of theories,enforcement of majors,involvement of humanity and concen- tration on praetices". Their efforts in optimizing curriculums of fundamental medical courses and practical teaching have produced remarkable results. However,there is still a bottle-neck in the training of students' humanistic caring and clinical thinking ability,and the development of effective objective structured clinical examination systems for higher vocational nursing students still needs to be further studied.
