摘 要:经济新常态具有宏观、微观以及两者之间的关系等三个层面的含义,解读、适应和应对经济新常态是当前中国企业转型升级和结构调整的客观要求,也是企业转型升级战略取向的出发点。市场变化非连续性和企业成长连续性的矛盾,导致市场低速化和企业成熟化并存,转型升级战略取向的根本性变革是经济新常态下中国企业持续发展的关键。面对经济新常态,企业不仅要实施产品研发和品牌营销等经营策略,而且要聚焦于企业战略导向、经营机能和管理系统等方面,通过营造新的市场感知力、价值创造力和组织控制力等来应对已经逼近的严峻经营局面。China' s new normal can be interpreted from the perspectives of macroscopy and microscopy as well as the relationship each other. The interpretation, adaptation and response to China's new normal are the current objective requirements and also the starting points of Chinese business transformation and structural adjustments. Contradictions between non - continuity of market changes and continuity of enterprise growth lead to the coexistence of low speed in market and enterprise maturity. The fundamental transformation of upgrading strategy orientation is vital for sustainable development of Chinese enterprises in China' s new normal. In this situation, enterprises would not apply the managing strategy of product development and brand marketing, but focus on the aspects of strategic orientation, operating performance and management system, and deal with the approaching grim business situation by creating a new market perception, value creativity and organizational con- trol.
