摘　　要：高校研究型开放实验室是培养高素质人才和创造先进科研成果的基地,对于推动高等教育发展和国家科技进步起着重要作用。因此,高校研究型实验室管理应从管理人员素养、预约使用机制、仪器管理方式、安全管理等方面改革优化,为高校人才培养和科学研究提供保障。University research and open laboratory is the base for training high quality talents and the creation of advanced scientific research achievements. It plays an important role in promoting the development of higher education and the progress of science and technology. Therefore, the management of university research and open laboratory should be accomplished from personnel quality, appointment mechanism, type of equipment management, safety management and other aspects, it to provide support for cuhivating of students＇ ability and scientific research.
