摘　　要：医学是以实践性为主的学科,临床实习是理论和实践相结合的最初阶段,对培养实用型医学人才具有重要的意义。如何做好带教工作,确保实习效果是教学医院尚待解决的问题。结合我院临床教学和管理的实践,对实习教学进行探析。Practicality is important part in medicine. Clinical practice is the ifrst stage that combines theory with clinical work, it has important meaning of cultivate realistic type’s medical talented person. How to educate medical interns to be an eligible medical doctor is stil complex way to explore. Combine with our experience of clinical teaching and administrative practice to explore the student teaching.
