摘　　要：提高小学教育专业学生的核心竞争力是师范生教育发展的必然趋势,是关系到学生个人成长和民族兴旺的重要战略任务。小学教育专业学生的核心竞争力主要包括专业理念、专业知识和专业能力等方面。可以通过深化课程改革、开展综合实践和发展自主反思等方式培养核心竞争力。It is the inevitable trend of the development of normal students＇ education to improve the core com- petence of the students in primary education. It Is the important strategic task of the students＇ personal growth and national prosperity. The core competitiveness of the primary education professional students have professional ideas,professional knowledge and professional ability, etc. We can cuhivate the core competitive ability through deepening the reform of the curriculum, carrying out comprehensive practice and developing the self reflection and so on.
