供应商依赖的决定因素及其对协同创新绩效的影响--供应商国际化程度的调节作用

摘　　要：基于对177家中国外包企业的问卷调研数据,采用多元层级回归方法,可以对供应商冗余资源、顾客参与同供应商依赖之间的关系以及供应商国际化程度在其中所扮演的角色进行理论探讨和实证分析,并检验供应商依赖对协同创新绩效的影响。研究结果显示,在外包情境下,供应商冗余资源和顾客参与对供应商依赖具有差异性的显著积极影响;供应商依赖对协同创新绩效有显著的积极影响;供应商国际化程度在顾客参与和供应商依赖间的关系中扮演着显著的正向调节作用,在供应商冗余资源与供应商依赖间的关系中所扮演的正向调节作用也得到了部分支持。Based on data taken from questionnaires given to 177 Chinese outsourcing firms, this study, by applying hierarchical regression analysis, investigates the relationship among supplier slack resource, customer participation and supplier dependence, and the relationship between supplier dependence and collaborative innovation performance. Meanwhile, this study also examines the moderating role of supplier internationalization in the relationship among supplier slack resource, customer participation and supplier dependence. The results of this investigation suggest that the impacts of supplier slack resource and customer participation on supplier dependence are significantly positive. The findings also show that supplier dependence increases collaborative innovation performance. Furthermore, it is also found that supplier internationalization can moderate the relationship between customer participation and supplier dependence positively,and is also helpful in moderating the relationship between supplier slack resource and supplier dependence.
