摘  要:提出一种简单实用的海缆埋设机吊放拖曳装置缆绳的恒张力控制方法。应用AMESim软件对海缆埋设机吊放拖曳装置的机械、液压、控制系统进行了联合仿真,结果表明:提出的方法使缆绳张力波动较小,而且大大降低了系统发热量,减少了不必要的能量损失。A simple and practical method of the constant tension control to the cable of a submarine cable burying machine' s lifting and towing device was proposed. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed method, simulations were performed on a simulated system developed via the software of AMESIM, including simulations about mechanical, hydraulic and control systems of the device. The simulation results show that using the proposed method, the fluctuation of the cable tension is within a small range, the heat prednced'and the energy required by the hydraulic system of the device are both reduced significantly.
