摘 要:针对大模数矩形花键冷挤压成形质量差的问题,对其进行成形工艺和缺陷分析,并采用有限元数值模拟的方法,探寻坯料直径、坯料初始倒角和凹模入模角对花键成形质量产生的影响。分析结果显示:坯料直径增加,成形质量显著提高;坯料初始倒角增加,成形质量降低;入模角增加,成形质量有所提高,但容易造成入模口处出现堆积的缺陷。工艺实验表明,采用优化工艺参数组合成功地解决了大模数矩形花键冷挤压成形齿顶塌角区大的问题。Aimed at poor quality of cold extrusion forming of big modulus rectangle spline,the forming process and defect analysis were carried out. The finite element method was used to explore the effect of billet diameter,billet initial chamfering and die angle on forming quality. The simulation results show that billet diameter has much influence on forming quality,billet initial chamfering is negatively related to the forming quality and the die angle increasing can improve the forming quality. The test shows that the optimized solutions can successfully solve large collapse angle problem of the big modulus rectangle spline during cold extrusion.
