摘 要:目的探讨CBL结合多媒体教学法在临床药物治疗学见习教学中的可行性和有效性.方法将49名学生随机分为传统教学组和CBL结合多媒体教学组,以理论考试和问卷调查作为评价方法.结果 CBL结合多媒体教学组的理论考试成绩优于传统教学组(P<0.05).结论 CBL结合多媒体教学法可以调动学生学习的积极性,培养其临床及药学思维,使分析问题和解决问题能力等综合素质得到提高,并且可以促进教师的教学水平的提高,适用于临床药物治疗的见习教学,可进一步推广.Objective To study the feasibility and validity of CBL in combination with multimedia teaching method in the teaching of clinical pharmacotherapeutics. Methods 49 students were selected and randomly divided into traditional teaching group and CBL in combination with multimedia teaching group. All students were evaluated with theoretical examination and questionnaire survey. Results The theory examination results of CBL in combination with multimedia teaching group was better than in traditional teaching group (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion The multimedia teaching method in combination with CBL can arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, cultivate their clinical and pharmaceutical thinking, and improve their comprehensive quality, such as the ability to analyze and solve problems. This method is suitable for the practice teaching of clinical medication, also can promote the improvement of teaching level, and could be expanded in further.
