摘 要:木薯渣以复合酶进行酶解,得到的淀粉乳经分离精制、脱水干燥得到小颗粒淀粉。从廉价的木薯渣中提取天然的小颗粒淀粉,无需球磨、改性等工艺,能耗低、成本低、工艺简便,得到的小颗粒淀粉粒径均匀,平均粒径5-6μm,有效解决了木薯渣脱水干燥困难、综合利用率低及小颗粒淀粉生产成本高的问题,并为木薯淀粉生产企业开辟了减轻环保压力、提高经济效益的新途径。Cassava residue is enzymatic hydrolysis by compound enzyme.Small granule starch is obtained by separating,refining and drying from starch milk which obtained after enzymolysis.The method is extract natural small granule starch from low-cost cassava residue and it don't need ball milling or modification and has advantages such as low energy consumption,low cost and simple technology.The average diameter of small granule starch is 5-6 μm and the diameter is homogeneous.This method effectively solve the problem of cassava residue that difficult to dry,low comprehensive utilization ratios and low production cost.The article open up new way of reduce environmental protection pressure and improve economic benefit for cassava starch factory.
